Indoor Public Skating 2023 - 2024

Indoor Skating is available at the Arena at 266 Hoddinott Road

The East St. Paul Arena opens on Saturday, September 9, 2023

Public Skating - All Ages

Wednesdays from October 4, 2023 - March 20, 2024 from 11:15 am - 12:30 pm

Saturdays from October 7, 2023 - March 23, 2024 from 3:30 - 5:00 pm

  • Special Event: Glow Skating  
    • Saturday, November 25
  • Special Event: Skate with Santa  
    • Saturday, December 23

Cost: Free

Rules & Information

  • All participants must wear skates while on the ice surface.
  • No scrimmages, shinny or games of tag allowed during public skating.
  • Helmets must be worn for those ages 16 and under on the public skating rink. 
  • No food, drink or gum allowed on the ice. 
  • Inappropriate behaviour, language and/or unsafe activities will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the ice.


Stick & Puck/Ring - All Ages

Thursdays from October 5, 2023 - March 21, 2024 from 10:00 - 11:30am

Cost: Free

Rules & Information

  • All participants must wear a CSA approved helmet
  • Hockey gloves recommended
  • No shinny, scrimmages, games, slap shots, formal instruction, or goalies during Stick & Puck.
  • Only people wearing skates are permitted on the ice.
  • Inappropriate behaviour, language and/or unsafe activities will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the ice.
  • Must bring your own stick and pucks/rings. We won't have these available on site.


55+ Stick n' Puck 

Mondays from October 2, 2023 - March 18, 2024 from 10:00 - 11:00am

(Please note we will be closed on the following Mondays for statutory holidays: October 9, December 25, and January 1)

Wednesdays from October 4, 2023 - March 20, 2024 from 10:00 - 11:00am

Cost: Free

Details:

  • Players must be at least 55 years old to participate.
  • Players will organize themselves to make teams.
  • Helmets and other protective equipment are required.
  • All sessions are no contact.
  • Inappropriate behaviour, language and/or unsafe activities will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the ice.
