Indoor Public Skating 2025 - 2026

Indoor Skating is available at the Arena at 266 Hoddinott Road


Public Skating - All Ages (still open on Dec.28, Dec.30 & Jan.4)

No Public Skating on the following dates:

  • Dec.23, 2025
  • Dec.25, 2025
  • Jan.1, 2026
  • Mar.22, 2026

Regular Season

  • Tuesdays, from October 7, 2025 - March 24, 2026 from 11:30am - 12:45pm 

  • Thursdays, from October 2, 2025 - March 26, 2026 from 11:30 am - 12:45 pm

  • Sundays, from October 5, 2025 - March 29, 2026 from 12:15 - 1:45 pm  

Cost: Free

Rules & Information

  • All participants must wear skates while on the ice surface.
  • No scrimmages, shinny or games of tag allowed during public skating.
  • Helmets must be worn for those ages 16 and under on the public skating rink. 
  • No food, drink or gum allowed on the ice. 
  • Inappropriate behaviour, language and/or unsafe activities will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the ice.


Stick & Puck/Ring - All Ages

No Stick & Puck on Dec.25, 2025 or Jan.1, 2026 

Regular Season 

  • Thursdays, from October 2, 2025 - March 26, 2026 from 10:00 - 11:15am

Cost: Free

Rules & Information

  • All participants must wear a CSA approved helmet
  • Hockey gloves recommended
  • No shinny, scrimmages, games, slap shots, formal instruction, or goalies during Stick & Puck.
  • Only people wearing skates are permitted on the ice.
  • Inappropriate behaviour, language and/or unsafe activities will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the ice.
  • Must bring your own stick and pucks/rings. We won't have these available on site.


55+ Stick n' Puck 

No Stick & Puck on the following dates:

  • Dec.22, 2025
  • Dec.24, 2025
  • Dec.29, 2025
  • Dec.31, 2025

Regular Season 

  • Mondays, from October 6, 2025 - March 23, 2026 from 10:00 - 11:00am

  • Wednesdays, from October 1, 2025 - March 25, 2026 from 10:00 - 11:00am

Cost: Free

Details:

  • Players must be at least 55 years old to participate
  • Players will organize themselves to make teams
  • Helmets and other protective equipment are required
  • All sessions are no contact
  • Inappropriate behaviour, language and/or unsafe activities will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the ice
