THE BANQUET HALL:

THE ARENA FLOOR:

  • Is available from April - August
  • Will accommodate approximately 600 people
  • Men's & Women's washrooms available
  • Renters must provide their own tables & chairs

LIABILITY INSURANCE

Municipalities are encouraged to make their facilities available for use by community organizations and groups. Within the AMM General Insurance Program, municipalities have insurance coverage for damage to property caused by outside organizations, and liability protection for injuries to members of these groups arising from the negligence of the municipality.


However, these organizations are NOT covered by the AMM General Insurance Program for either property they may bring into a municipal building, or for injuries or damage arising from their activities on the property. Proper Risk Management states that users of municipal facilities should provide evidence of liability insurance, at a minimum limit of $2,000,000 per occurrence.

HOW DO I MAKE A FACILITY BOOKING REQUEST?

  1. View the facility booking availability HERE & click on 'View Availability Only'.  (no account or login is required to view the schedule)
  2. Once you've determined your date, click HERE to begin your Account Set-Up & click on 'Create Account'.
  3. Select the date & time you are requesting -- please note that bookings are in 6 and 12 hour windows and you must select all the hour blocks you are requesting.
  4. Insert Event Name.
  5. Complete the digital signatures and agreements.
  6. Your request is submitted and wait for an approval email within 36 hours.
  7. Payment: At the time of your approval email, your rate details will be added to your invoice with payment instructions.
