ESP 55+ Yoga

Yoga for seniors is offered through Body Benders Yoga of the ESP 55+ Club and is held at the 55+ Center (behind the curling rink) or on line (via ZOOM) on the following days.  Some classes are more relaxing, and some are more energetic, but all are taught by certified yoga instructors with the “senior” body in mind:

 

Monday (Moderate Yoga flow)9:30 am to 10:30 am (In-person & Zoom)
Tuesday (Chair Yoga - restorative)11:30 am to 12:30 pm (In-person & Zoom)
Tuesday (Yoga flow)6:00 pm to 7:00 pm (In-person & Zoom)
Thursday (Restorative flow)9:30 am to 10:30 am (In-person only) 
Thursday (More energetic restorative flow)10:45 am to 11:45 am (In-person)
Friday (Moderate Yoga flow)9:30 am - 10:30 am (In-person & Zoom)
Saturday (Yogalates format - active & energetic)9:30 am - 10:30 am (In-person & Zoom)



Body Benders Yoga offers 3 sessions per year (16 to 17 weeks per session) as follows.


Note that we open registration prior to each session and we impose a registration deadline after which late registration may not be accepted.

Only ESP 55+ Club Members can join, and casual drop-ins are not allowed.
