Programs & Workshops for Adults

All programs are located in the Banquet Hall at 266 Hoddinott Rd (2nd floor of the East St. Paul Arena), unless otherwise noted. 


SPRING 2026 WORKSHOPS

Looking for a fun, hands-on way to build confidence and connection with your kids? Join us for a special Hairstyling Workshop, open to all parents and caregivers who want to learn the basics of styling children's hair!

In this interactive class, you'll learn simple, practical techniques for everyday styles like ponytails, braids, and more. Whether you're brand new to hairstyling or just looking to improve your skills, this workshop will give you the tools and confidence to make busy mornings a little easier, and a lot more fun.

Cost:         $40 per parent (includes your own take-home styling kit)

Note: Please register as a parent; there will be an option to fill in your child's name. Kids are encouraged to attend! We recommend bringing one child per parent. Class is limited to 12 participants for a personalized experience.


EAST ST. PAUL DAY Fitness Programming

  • Join us on Saturday, June 20 and enjoy a FREE workout class provided by Flexy Michelle on the Main Stage. 
    • This will take place from 12:30pm - 1:30pm
    • Walk-ups are welcome, but we do encourage everyone to register in advance via Eventbrite. All communications will come directly from Flexy Michelle

  • Join us on Sunday, June 21 for back-to-back FREE fitness classes at the MAIN STAGE under the tent!
    • Zumba will take place from 10:30am - 11:30am. Register HERE under 'Adult Programs'
    • Flexy Michelle's class will take place from 11:45am - 12:45pm. Please register in advance HERE under 'Adult Programs'


SUMMER PROGRAMS (July & August 2026)

OUTDOOR ZUMBA & TONING

MONDAY 

Join our outdoor Zumba class taking place on the grassy area of the Farmer's Market grounds. (In the event of rain, class will be held in the Banquet Hall inside the Arena). This is a fun workout that includes Zumba dance moves, while adding some weights for that extraburn in the second half of the class! Don't be turned away because of the weights -- these are optional, and you can still fully participate in the second half of the class without adding the weights. 

Please bring: Yoga mat, outdoor shoes, appropriate workout attire, and a water bottle.

Two separate sessions:

1. Monday July 6 -  July 27 (4 classes)

2. Monday August 10 - August 31 (4 classes)


OUTDOOR YOGA

TUESDAY

Join our outdoor yoga taking place on the grassy area of the Farmer's Market grounds. (In the event of rain, class will be held in the Banquet Hall inside the Arena).  An active VINYASA yoga practice that consists of complex and creative yogic sequences. It is ideal for advancing your yoga practice, building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving cardiovascular health. This is not a relaxation class, and is also not recommended if you have mobility issues or injuries.

Please bring: Yoga mat and a water bottle.

Two separate sessions:

1. Tuesday July 7 - July 28 (4 classes)

2. Tuesday August 4 - August 25 (4 classes)


SPRING PROGRAMS (April - June 2026)

MONDAY

MAT PILATES

This class is perfect for a beginner who was always curious about Pilates or one who has stepped away for a while and would like to return to focus upon a better understanding of healthy movement, alignment, and posture. Expect to learn the foundational movements of Pilates on a mat using props such as balls, flex bands and rollers. This could be the beginning of your journey to develop core strength with improved balance and flexibility that will serve you well in your everyday life.

ZUMBA

Get ready to dance your way to fitness in our high-energy Zumba class! Expect to burn calories, improve your cardiovascular health, and boost your mood while grooving to infectious rhythms. Bring your friends and a water bottle, and let’s get moving! Join us for a fun-filled hour of sweat, smiles, and unstoppable energy. All levels welcome.

THURSDAY

MARTIAL ARTS

Tukong is special because we incorporate gymnastics in our lessons. This is great for students to develop strength, balance, confidence and conditioning. Stretching, boxing, kicking and patterns included in a one hour, high quality class. Lessons taught by father and two sons with many combined years of experience. Perfect indoor activity for the winter available here in East St. Paul. Register today!

** Instructor requires participants purchase a Gi (uniform)  $100.00 plus tax and pay for testing for level advancement **

CLASSES BY FLEXY MICHELLE

Flexy Michelle hosts barre, yoga and a variety of workshops at our East St. Paul  Banquet Hall (2nd floor of the Arena at 266 Hoddinott Rd).

Essential oils are diffused in all of Flexy Michelle's classes, and all classes are finished with an essential oil-infused compress: everyone's favorite part of the final savasana.
 

TUESDAY

FLEXY FIT

Flexy Fit is a barre-inspired workout. It is a combination of yoga, Pilates, ballet, aerobics, with a dash of boot camp, and a cardio burst!  It is a full body workout! This class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance, while toning muscles through low-impact and high-impact movements. 

  • For an additional burn, bring light weights (2-5 lbs.)
  • Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle

** Not recommended if you have mobility issues or injuries

FLEXY FLOW YOGA (Tuesday)

Flexy Flow is an active Vinyasa yoga practice that consists of complex and creative yogic sequences. It is ideal for advancing your yoga practice, building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving cardio-vascular health. 

Intermediate/Advanced

** This is NOT a relaxation class

** NOT recommended if you have mobility issues or injuries

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE (GENTLE YOGA)

Deep stretching coupled with myofascial release will increase your range of motion (flexibility) much more rapidly than just stretching alone. Myofascial Release is a hands-on technique that works to relax, lengthen and realign your fascia, thus increasing your flexibility. The goal is to bring pain relief and increase your range of motion us props such as lacrosse balls and rollers. This is a very popular choice for BEGINNERS or to take after a faster-paced class as it helps muscles recover and alleviate pain.

THURSDAY

YOGALATES

This class is a combination of yoga and pilates. The class focuses on building strength, balance, and flexibility, while incorporating foundational yoga postures. Be prepared for a full body workout!  

  • Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle
  • Please bring light weights (optional 2 - 5 lbs)

This class is not recommended if you have mobility issues or injuries.

2) Click HERE to begin your Account Set-up and choose 'Create Account'. Remember your user name & password. If you already have an account, you can just select 'Logon to Account'.

3) Register for the course and follow all steps to the payment page
