Outdoor Pickleball Courts

We are excited to announce that the outdoor pickleball courts beside the East St. Paul Arena are now open for the season!


 

Grab your paddle and join in on one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, right here in our community. Whether you're an experienced player or trying it out for the first time, the courts offer a great opportunity to stay active, meet others, and have fun this fall.

 

Location: Next to the East St. Paul Arena, between the Daycare and 55+ Activity Centre


Hours: Open daily during daylight hours (weather permitting)


Friendly Reminder: Please take a moment to review the posted Pickleball Guidelines and Etiquette signs to help ensure safe, fair, and enjoyable play for all.

Learn to Play Pickleball

Date: Sunday, June 21, 2026

Time: 9:00- 11:00am

Location: Outdoor Pickleball Courts at the East St. Paul Arena (266 Hoddinott Rd). Located behind the 55+ Activity Centre.

At Bison Pickleball, we're committed to growing a strong and welcoming pickleball community across Winnipeg and Manitoba. Whether you're brand new to the sport or an experienced player looking to sharpen your skills, our learn-to-play sessions and skills-and-drills clinics are designed to help you improve, compete, and have fun. Paddles and balls are provided for all participants.

Participants must be age 12 and up to participate.

Cost: $45/participant

Intermediate Drills & Skills

Date: Sunday, June 21, 2026

Time: 11:30am - 1:30pm

Location: Outdoor Pickleball courts at the East St. Paul Arena (266 Hoddinott Rd). Located behind the 55+ Activity Centre.

Youth Pickleball Clinic (run by Pickleball Manitoba)

Looking for a fun and active way for your child to spend a summer day? Join us for our Youth Pickleball Learn to Play Clinic on Monday, July 6. This full-day clinic is designed for youth ages 12 - 17 who are new to pickleball or looking to build their skills. Participants will learn the fundamentals of the game through instruction, drills, games and fun activities led by experienced instructors. 

These clinics are designed to introduce participants to the game, develop basic skills, and foster a lifelong love of pickleball in a fun and engaging environment. All equipment required for the clinics will be provided by Pickleball Manitoba. In addition, we hope to leave some legacy equipment in each community at the conclusion of the clinics. Participants must wear proper running shoes; youth without appropriate footwear will not be permitted to participate.

Date: Monday, July 6, 2026

Time: 10:00am - 3:00pm

Age: 12 - 17 yrs

Location: Outdoor Pickleball courts at the East St. Paul Arena (266 Hoddinott Rd). Located behind the 55+ Activity Centre. 

Cost: The youth clinic is free, but participants are required to hold memberships with both Pickleball Canada & Pickleball Manitoba at a rate of $20 plus $1.55 tax. This is the only cost associated with participation. Youth who are already members in good standing with Pickleball Manitoba for 2026 would not be required to pay the membership fees again.

1) Click 'Join"

2) Select your province and then 'My club is not listed (Join without a Club)"

3) For Member #, choose "I am new to Pickleball Canada"

4) Complete the registration form and submit payment online
