The RM of East St. Paul is exploring a potential opportunity for properties along Henderson Highway, north of Hoddinott Road to the RM of St. Clements boundary, including Sulkers Avenue and Marglen Drive, to connect to the RM of St. Clements low-pressure sewer system.

This project is in the very preliminary stages and has not been approved to proceed. At this time, the RM is gathering information and seeking feedback from affected property owners to determine the level of interest in a potential connection.

An Open House was held on September 23, 2026, to provide property owners with preliminary information about the potential project, including the proposed service area, possible costs, funding considerations and how a low-pressure sewer connection would work.

Feedback received from property owners will help Council determine whether there is sufficient interest to continue exploring the project. Further technical, financial and administrative work would be required before any decision could be made to proceed.
