PROGRAMS for SPRING 2025
NINJA WARRIOR
Discover the world of Movement! These classes will incorporate ninja – style obstacles with running, jumping, climbing and many techniques to go over, under objects. Courses will be adapted to each child’s skill level. The goal is to improve coordination and build confidence in a fun interactive setting.
Age: 6 - 12 years old
Date: Wednesday April 9, 23 & 30 (3 sessions)

MARTIAL ARTS - Tukong Martial Arts Special Forces Training
Tukong is special because we incorporate gymnastics in our lessons. This is great for students to develop strength, balance, confidence and conditioning. Stretching, boxing, kicking and patterns included in a one hour, high quality class. Lessons taught by father and two sons with many combined years of experience. Perfect indoor activity for the winter available here in East St. Paul. Register today!

KIDS IN THE KITCHEN
Get those chef hats on & prepare for some delicious cooking & baking activities! Worksheets will introduce participants to measurements, food handling and kitchen safety. Each week, children will make a delicious meal or snack. All recipes will be provided at the end of the class. Please bring a water bottle with your child's name labelled on it.

SPORTBALL MANITOBA
Multi-Sport classes keep children moving and engaged and send them home with new skills from a different sport each class. These well-rounded classes provide an amazing foundation for a lifetime of active living bundling soccer, baseball, basketball, football, hockey, volleyball, golf and tennis into one comprehensive package. That's eight sports per season for one registration!
