All programs are located in the Banquet Hall at 266 Hoddinott Rd, inside the East St. Paul Community Centre, unless otherwise noted. The Banquet Hall can be found on the second floor.
How to register for a Program or Workshop
Please use our online system called 'Univerus'
1) Click HERE to view details of the programs & workshops we have available under Adult Programs
2) Click HERE to begin your Account Set-up and choose 'Create Account'. Remember your user name & password. If you already have an account, you can just select 'Logon to Account'.
3) Payment: Choose one of the following payment options below:
a) E-transfer to: recreation@eaststpaul.com Use the password: RECREATION
b) In-Person: Cash, debit or cheque are accepted at our Operations Dept located at 2801 Gateway Rd in East St. Paul. The Operations Dept is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm. (Note: We are closed on Stat Holidays). Cheques can be made out to 'RM of East St. Paul'.
c) After hours: If you would like to pay after hours, please deposit yoru cheque into the grey metal drop box outside the front door of 2801 Gateway Rd. Do not leave cash.

MAT PILATES
This class is perfect for a beginner who was always curious about Pilates or one who has stepped away for a while and would like to return to focus upon a better understanding of healthy movement, alignment, and posture. Expect to learn the foundational movements of Pilates on a mat using props such as balls, flex bands and rollers. This could be the beginning of your journey to develop core strength with improved balance and flexibility that will serve you well in your everyday life.

YIN & SMR
Yin is a gentle style of yoga that includes passive stretches and restorative postures. It is perfect for beginners. Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) is a therapeutic technique that focuses on relieving muscle pain that affects the fascia (connective tissue that covers the muscles). It is great before bedtime as it helps calm the nervous system enabling your body to relax and unwind.
