Expression of Interest: 2600 Wenzel St.

Rural Municipality of East St. Paul owns the property located at 2600 Wenzel St.,
immediately north of Highway 101. The property is a 5.56 acre well-treed site.
The property has recently been re-zoned as Neighbourhood Commercial (CN). With
the change in zoning, Council is exploring a potential sale of the property to
someone who is looking to develop a commercial interest in our community within
the next 24 months.

R.M. of East St. Paul for the development of the property. The EOI should
include an overview of the intended commercial interest and the timelines for
the development. Based on the EOIs received, the R.M. may invite selected parties
