Safe and Respectful Communities

Ah, Spring!  For many it is a time to celebrate – to open windows, get on your bike,
work outside and share outdoor spaces with family and friends.

REMINDERS TO DRIVERS

The RM of East St. Paul reminds motorists that neighbourhoods will be active with children on bicycles and playing outside.  Slow down, be aware of your surroundings and always be prepared to stop for pedestrians and cyclists, especially for the young ones who are new to the rules of the road.

NOISE COMPLAINTS

All residents have a right to live in an environment that is free from excessive and unnecessary noise or vibrations that may prevent them from being able to sleep, to relax or to enjoy their home.  East St. Paul residents are encouraged to be familiar with the RM of East St. Paul By-law No. 2016-04:  Regulation of Noise Nuisances
