'My Gym' Children's Fitness

 
Join MY GYM for some fun classes in East St. Paul! 

My Gym’ is a program designed to increase physical activity, improve gross motor skills, enhance cognitive ability and increase confidence among children in a fun and engaging environment. 

 

TUESDAYS -  Banquet Hall

June 4, June 11, June 18
$12.00/Class per child 

Age 6 months - 22 months: TINY TIKES/WADDLERS @ 10:30am 

Participants and caregivers are led through a variety of stretches, exercises, infant songs and dances, baby-safe rides and adventures, balance and agility skills, and introductory tumbling. 
Caregivers required at class.

Ages 23 months – 3.5 years: GYMSTERS/TERRIFIC TOTS @ 11:35am 

During this engaging class, participants are elated as they sing, dance, play games, watch puppet shows, take turns on special rides, and have "Surprise Time!"
Caregivers required at class.


THURSDAYS - Arena Floor

June 6, June 13, June 20
$12.00/Class per child
The arena floor will be split to accommodate the two classes below at the same time.

Age 6 weeks – 5 years: SIBLINGS @ 5:30pm

 Siblings class is intended for multi-children families where the children can both participate in the same class. It isn’t required to have siblings in the class, but we split our skills between younger and older students to cater to a larger age group. 

Caregivers required at class.

 

Ages 3.5 years – 6 years: MIGHTY MITES/WHIZ KIDS @ 5:30pm

Strength, flexibility, and agility are increased, as our teachers introduce gymnastic skills with the safest spotting techniques. Relays, more complex games, and beginning sports skills lead to increased strength, enhanced manipulative ability, and improved hand-eye coordination during this program. 
Caregivers not required at class.
